Whether fabric trousers, chinos, sweatpants, or shorts – at MELA, you will find women's trousers in various fits, colors, and fabric qualities.

For our trousers, we use cotton from certified organic farming. Our textiles are certified according to Fairtrade Cotton, GOTS, and the Grüner Knopf (Green Button). You can learn more about these standards at MELA certifications.

Waist height, leg width, length, and material influence the silhouette of a pair of trousers. Wide fabric trousers, for example, can be combined with a fitted shirt, while straight cuts are versatile and work well with T-shirts, blouses, or sweaters.

Cotton in various qualities

Twill has a characteristic diagonal weave structure, while corduroy has its typical ribs. Jersey and sweat fabric are knitted materials and thus differ from woven fabrics in their feel and drape.
