Before first use

The stain must go
If your canvas product does get dirty or stained, remove them immediately with a soft brush—you can also use a toothbrush. More stubborn stains can be removed with a cloth and lukewarm water, to which you've added a little mild soap or detergent. If that doesn't help (for example, with coffee stains), try a mixture of water and vinegar. Let it soak in for a while and then gently rinse it off. Then let your bag or backpack dry in a well-ventilated, sun-protected place.

Please do not put it in the washing machine!
Canvas products are generally not suitable for machine washing. If the dirt can't be removed by hand, you can have our bags and backpacks dry cleaned. Please make sure you choose a provider that offers an environmentally friendly cleaning process!
