With the practical Mela II backpack you are ready for the daily challenges. It offers enough storage space for the lunch box, documents, rain jacket and laptop, which can be safely stowed in a separate pocket in the main compartment. Drinking bottles or coffee mugs can be stored in the side pockets. Wide shoulder straps together with the padded back ensure good load distribution. The padding can even be removed and used as a seat cushion.

Made from 100% fair trade organic cotton, the backpack is comfortable to wear and equally sturdy. The dense canvas fabric also protects against light rain and is quick-drying. We recommend washing this backpack at 30°C on a gentle cycle and air drying it. We advise against using a tumble dryer. Lower wash temperatures and air drying save energy while helping to preserve the material and shape.

Fairtrade Cotton stands for a Fairtrade minimum price and premium for cotton farmers, as well as requirements for labor rights and environmental protection in cotton cultivation.

GOTS sets ecological and social requirements for processing from raw material to finished textile, including standards for chemicals, wastewater, and working conditions.

The Green Button combines production requirements with the verification of our corporate due diligence obligations.
